We want you to love your skin-loving treats, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, and we offer full refunds for products returned with a valid receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
